You need one lemon & some honey. In one pan, take a pint of honey and keep it on low heat. In another pan, boil a whole lemon for few minutes. When it cools, slice the lemon and add it to warm honey.

Simmer this mixture for 1 hour &  strain the lemon pieces out of it. Put the honey in a jar and refrigerate it.

Take 1 spoon 3-4 times a day for adults, half spoon for children's & for infants under 1 year don't use this as it will be hard for their digestion


7. Cures Burns & Wounds:


Honey contains natural antibiotics, which heals burns. Just apply some raw honey on the burnt skin, it will do the rest.

The honey made from manuka flower is widely used for treating burnt skin. 
Not only just burns, but over 200 bacteria can be treated with manuka honey

If manuka honey is not available, any unprocessed honey can be used on wounds & burns. Honey does't cause any irritation when applied on wounds.
